Capacitive 5" IPS panel for guest interaction. KNX TP, bus or 24V powered, flush or surface mounted.

ZG-1 Multi-protocol gateway

4-module DIN gateway for retrofit. KNX, BACnet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP and JSON/XML web services.

ZA-1 DALI actuator

DIN-rail DALI-2 actuator. Two lines, 64 ballasts per line, manual override and emergency test.

Open standards, secured by design.

Every device is built on KNX and BACnet standards, with secure IP tunnelling, signed OTA firmware and isolated bus interfaces. No proprietary lock-in, no closed cloud dependency for core building functions.

What integrators ask before specifying Zimmatik.

Does the ZM-1 ship with an ETS database?
Yes. The ZM-1 ships with a KNX TP interface and a full ETS5/ETS6 product database. Application programs and product entries are provided to partners during onboarding.
How is remote commissioning handled on a hotel site?
Every Zimmatik device supports KNX IP Tunneling for remote ETS access. Firmware updates are delivered as signed OTA images over HTTPS and can be scheduled per room or per floor.
What is the warranty and RMA process in Europe?
Three-year warranty from invoice date. RMA is handled directly from Mallorca with a European return address.
How does the controller integrate with an existing BACnet or Modbus BMS?
The ZM-1 includes native BACnet/IP with COV reporting and Modbus RTU/TCP master and slave modes. For larger retrofits, the ZG-1 gateway adds isolated RS-485 and JSON/XML web services.
What programming environments are supported for custom room logic?
The ZM-1 supports MicroPython for high-level scripting and IEC 61131-3 Structured Text for deterministic control logic. Both run concurrently with the standard KNX application.
How are lead times and stock managed for hotel projects?
Lead times and stock allocation are coordinated with partners during project registration. Direct European logistics from Mallorca.
